RAHAL x SALMAN ATELIER · INTERACTIVE PROPOSAL SUMMARY
MOTB 27 — RAHAL STARTER PACK
Build your Rahal. Collect what you need. Take the journey with you.
The Collaboration
RAHAL: RAHAL brings an established Arabic sandal product, footwear expertise, production knowledge and an existing customer community.
SALMAN ATELIER: SALMAN ATELIER develops the world surrounding the product through narrative, experience, design and interaction.
MOTB 2025
In 2025, we led the creative design and direction for RAHAL's presence at Etisalat MOTB during Dubai Shopping Festival. The collection launch became an experiential narrative rooted in retro design language, Middle Eastern references and the idea of the traveller.
The experience drew visitors into the world of RAHAL, generated strong attention around the collection and strengthened the brand's position as one that leads through story and experience.
MOTB 2025 created the world. MOTB 27 takes it further.
The Concept — RAHAL Starter Pack
Every Rahal needs a few essentials before beginning the journey.
RAHAL Starter Pack transforms those essentials into the structure of the MOTB experience.
Instead of “what would you like to buy?”, the system asks: WHAT DOES YOUR RAHAL NEED?
Theme — Commercial Postmodernism
The visual world draws from late-1990s and early-2000s commercial culture across the Gulf and beyond. Old computers, catalogues, photo studios, CD packaging, travel documents, retail signage and early digital culture are reinterpreted into a contemporary RAHAL experience.
Not a recreation of the past. A memory of it.
Exclusivity
The collection and experience are proposed exclusively for MOTB 27. Selected products, graphics, personalization and collectible outputs will only exist as part of this edition.
